1. SERVICES

Clothifye provides an online platform for the sale of clothing and fashion products.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

2. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

  • All orders placed by you are considered an offer to purchase

  • Orders are only accepted once confirmed by us via email or shipment confirmation

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Refuse or cancel any order

    • Limit quantities purchased per user

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹)

  • Payment must be made in full before order processing

  • We accept payments through secure third-party gateways

Taxes

All applicable taxes, duties, or charges will be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders will be processed within 2–5 business days

  • Delivery timelines depend on location and courier partner

  • We are not responsible for delays due to:

    • Government restrictions

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval

Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clothifye from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Any fraudulent activity conducted through your account

11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website if:

  • We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our control including:

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India

14. AMENDMENTS

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between you and Clothifye and supersedes all prior agreements.
